Have you reserved the train and have waiting or RAC ticket?
Indian railways given a facility to check you PNR status online as well as on Phone. You just need to go to the Indian Railways website and enter your 10 digit PNR code in given box. Then click on Get Status, the current status of the reservation will display.
You can check your PNR status through phone also. Just dial 139 and by entering your railway PNR number you can get the latest PNR status of your ticket.
You can check PNR status by SMS also. Just send PNR number in following format to 58888.
